New Features in Exchange Server 2013

8 TB disks are now supported for optimization, by reducing database IOPS by +50%.
·         Multiple databases per disk via Data Availability Group (DAG) now supported
·         New Exchange Administrative Center (EAC), replacement of EMS, a new easy-to-use, Web-based administration Interface for helpdesk to perform specific tasks –without giving them full admin permissions.
·          Non-interactive system work is automatically deferred to non-peak hours.
·         Seamless Cloud experience like sharing calendars and scheduling meetings between online users and on-premises users.
·         Built-in anti-malware protection.
·          Built-in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) capabilities.
·         New eDiscovery Center solution to identify, hold and analyze organization’s data from SharePoint, Exchange and Lync. No need to manage separate store for this.
·         Public Folders are now available in Exchange Online.
·         Launch OWA without network connectivity that will be synchronized when connectivity is restored.
·         OWA offering three different UI layouts optimized for slates, desktop and phone browsers.
·         FAST Search integrated into Exchange Server 2013
